vShield Endpoint 5.1.0 and Agent Less MOVE 3.5

Hi,

I'm using ESXi 5.1 U2 and vShield manager 5.1.4 (vShield Endpoint -5.1.0-833297) with MOVE 3.5 agent less in my environment.  But I’m having issue with some of the guest servers.

1. When server CPU usage is high, then VMware tools get disable and server got frozen.
2. Sometimes IP was ping able, sometimes is not.

Do any one having similar kind of issues, and what is the solution?
